Cancellation/return/exchange

Cancellation (cancellation of order)
After placing your order, we will automatically process your order, so in principle we cannot accept cancellations. You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been arranged. We cannot accept cancellations of orders that include items marked as presale for any reason.

Returns and Exchanges of Products <br>Customers wishing to return products should apply using the " Inquiry Form " or to support@barikiyo.com , including the "Reason for Return/Exchange." Once we have received your application, we will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if any of the following apply. Please note.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Conditions for non-return/exchange

  • If an application for return or exchange is not received within 3 days after the product arrives at the customer's location.
  • If the product is not returned within 5 days after the return/exchange is approved.
  • If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product for their own convenience.
  • If the product shows signs of use, damage, or stains
  • If product tags or accessories are lost
  • If the product is returned by a method other than that specified by our company.
  • For products sold under special conditions such as coupons/sales etc.
  • If the order is marked as non-returnable or (presale) on the product page or campaign page, etc.
  • Underwear, swimwear, accessories, and other products that come into direct contact with the skin without going through underwear, etc.

Also, please note that the detailed specifications of reserved products marked as (presale) may change depending on the production date.

If there is a defect in the delivered product, such as a defective product or a different product, we will respond by returning the product or exchanging the product. Please apply for a return or exchange using the " Inquiry Form " or emailing barikiyo@naver.com with your order number and a photo of the item in question. Once we have received your application, we will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item. However, please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges if any of the following apply. Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by us.

  • If an application for return or exchange is not received within 3 days after the product arrives at the customer's location.

  • When it is determined that the product is within the range of individual differences
  • Minor marks due to the manufacturing process (things that will come off with washing)
  • Regarding frayed threads (thread ends) If the threads of the product are frayed, if the fray does not cause a hole to form when pulled, there is no problem with the product itself. Please use scissors to cut off any fraying before use.
