We accept returns within 30 days of the product's delivery date.
Return Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached.
- It must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@barikiyo.com. Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you request a return due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customer's responsibility for returns due to personal reasons (e.g., size, preference).
- We cover shipping costs for returns caused by defects or errors on our end.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item,
we will notify you within 3–5 business days regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment,
and will usually be completed within 3–5 business days.
Please note that the actual refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly. We will take appropriate action after reviewing the case.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a product is to return it first and place a new order once the refund is processed.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from South Korea. Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email after shipment.
Customs & Import Duties
Our products are shipped from South Korea to Japan. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your order and local regulations. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
